We had a fantastic stay in a gorgeous hotel located close enough to the downtown restaurants for convenience but far enough away for a peaceful night's sleep. the room was spacious, with comfortable seating, plenty of storage and an impressive ensuite with a good shower. the staff were helpful and courteous, and the breakfast was more than satisfactory. the pool and garden area were stunning, providing an idyllic retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, and our room had a beautiful view of the surroundings.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is located in a great spot, very close to downtown but far enough to enjoy silence at night. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was very attentive and friendly. In addition, the breakfast was excellent and had a variety of options to choose from.

We had a great romantic escape. the hotel was very well located, close to restaurants but far from the noisy ones. the colonial setting by the pool/garden was beautiful. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and the helpful staff. the breakfast was decent and varied.

We found the prices charged by the hotel for the tours a bit steep compared to other options available in town. It was also disappointing to find out that the hotel did not have a real tourist agency working with them and the buggy we booked with them was old, dirty, and uncomfortable.

The hotel's decoration and general areas are simply beautiful. The tropical garden and the pool create a serene and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for senior guests. The spacious apartments offer stunning views and provide ample space for seniors to move around comfortably.

I would have appreciated more personalized attention and assistance from the staff, especially considering the needs of senior guests. The children working there seemed a bit inexperienced and could have been more attentive to the special requirements of older individuals.

My stay at this hotel during Christmas was quite disappointing. The staff was not very accommodating and friendly, making the atmosphere unwelcoming. The room was not properly cleaned and the sheets had stains. Despite the hot weather, the air conditioning was not working properly. the experience was far from what I was expecting and definitely not worth the price.
